When you need to be efficient in life, while adding some yoga, then look at this class. There is a constant pace to this class, but not so much you will feel overwhelmed or powered out. Some of the poses you will see in this class include Trikonasana (Triangle Pose), Ardha Parsvottanasana (Pyramid Pose), and Parsva Balasana (Thread the Needle Pose). Come to this practice when you need an all-around practice that hits all the major parts of the body but doesn’t take a lot of time.
